Novariv began in Tokyo in 2026 with one person and a simple idea: put legends and original art on clothes. The first Yokai collection was made with an artist and will unfold across five designs. If the series finds its people, it will continue.

The plan reaches beyond Japan. Future collections will look to other cultures, with the community helping choose what comes next. Novariv wants each collection to be a way into a country's legends and a place to discover the artists who bring them to life.
